Registration

Registration Fees: The $100 fee covers as many of the scheduled courses as you can take and the banquet. Food, lodging and transportation are the student’s responsibility. Registration will be accepted until the start of classes.

Cancellations: Refunds will be issued for cancellations received 10 days prior to the start of the training (October 23, 2011).  Refunds after this date will be issued on a case-by-case basis. All refunds issued will be less any processing fee and may be issued in the form of a check.
